Graduated in Law from Curitiba Law School - FDC, with specific qualification in Labor Law (1989).  Member of the Labor Prosecution Office (2006), acting as Labor Prosecutor at the Regional Labor Prosecution Office of the 1st Region (Rio de Janeiro/RJ). He is a member of the faculty of the School of the Public Prosecution of the Union - ESMPU.  

EDUARDO CARLOS BIANCA BITTAR (USP - SÃO PAULO)

Professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels of the Department of Philosophy and General Theory of Law of the University of São Paulo Law School - USP. He has developed a doctoral internship at the Université de Lyon (II and III) and at the Université de Paris (Sorbonne-II and Sorbonne-IV), in France. He has a PhD (1999) and is an Associate Professor (2003) from the Department of Philosophy and General Theory of Law of the University of São Paulo Law School. He defended his thesis of ownership (2011) at the Law School of the University of São Paulo. Member of the Research Group on Human Rights, Democracy, Politics and Memory of the Institute of Advanced Studies of the University of São Paulo, IEA, USP. Researcher N-2 of CNPq (2017-2019). 

GABRIELA NEVES DELGADO (UNB - BRASILIA)

Professor of Labor Law at the Undergraduate level and at the Graduate Program of the University of Brasilia’s (UnB) Law School. Post-Doctoral student in Labor Sociology at UNICAMP. PhD in Philosophy of Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais - UFMG (2005). Master's Degree in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais - PUC Minas. Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais - PUC Minas (2002). Researcher and leader of the Research Group "Labor, Constitution and Citizenship" of UnB, with registration in the Directory of Research Groups of CNPq. Founding member of the Institute of Legal and Social Sciences - ICJS. Lawyer.

HOMERO BATISTA MATEUS DA SILVA (USP - SÃO PAULO)

Professor of Labor Law at the Graduate level and at the Post-Graduate Program of the Department of Labor Law and Social Security of the University of São Paulo - USP. PhD in Labor Law from the University of São Paulo - USP (2007). Master in Labor Law from the University of São Paulo - USP (2002). Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo - USP (1993). Researcher at the University of São Paulo - USP, within the research line "Occupational health and safety. New directions of legal regulation of health, hygiene and safety at work". Judge of the 88th Labor Court of São Paulo.

JORGE CAVALCANTI BOUCINHAS FILHO (FGV - SÃO PAULO)

Full shift professor in the Business Administration course at Fundação Getúlio Vargas -EAESP/FGV. Coordinator of post-graduation courses in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law and Trade Union Law at the Superior School of Law. Post-doctorate at the Laboratoire de Droit et Changement Social of the Université de Nantes, France (2013). Master and PhD in Labor Law from the University of São Paulo - USP (2012). Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (2003) and specialized in Labor Law from the Potiguar University - UnP (2005). Lawyer in São Paulo, he is a member of the Trade Union Law and Business Labor Law Commissions of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP) for the 2013-2015 three-year period.

MANOEL CARLOS TOLEDO FILHO (NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF CÓRDOBA - ARGENTINA)

Professor of Material and Procedural Labor Law in graduate courses and Visiting Professor at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. PhD in Law from the University of São Paulo - USP (2005). MIRTA GLADYS LERENA MANZO DE MISAILIDIS (UNIMEP - PIRACICABA)

Professor of Labor Law at the Undergraduate level and of the Graduate Program of the School of Law of the Methodist University of Piracicaba - UNIMEP.  PhD in Social Relations Law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC-SP (1999). Master in Higher Education from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas - PUC-Campinas (1994). Graduated in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas - PUC-Campinas (1982). Researcher at the Methodist University of Piracicaba - UNIMEP within the research line "Protection of Collective and Diffuse Fundamental Rights in Contemporary Times".
